Temple Fitness Training provides online fitness coaching, which may include workout programming, exercise guidance, nutritional guidance (non-medical), accountability check-ins, and optional faith-based encouragement.

You understand that:
Services are not medical advice, physical therapy, or treatment.
You should consult a physician before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations.

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Temple Fitness Training, its owners, coaches, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation in our programs, including those resulting from negligence.

You agree to:
Perform exercises safely and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
Follow instructions to the best of your ability.
Take full responsibility for your health, actions, and results.
Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual effort and consistency.

All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable once services begin. Missed sessions, check-ins, or lack of participation do not qualify for refunds.

All programs, workouts, videos, and materials are the property of Temple Fitness Training and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.

Temple Fitness Training incorporates Christian-based encouragement. Participation in spiritual elements is optional and intended for motivation, honoring the body as God’s temple (1 Corinthians 6:19–20).

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Temple Fitness Training operates.
